If you passed Trio’s Self Assessment, get started by following these next 5 steps:

  1. Check your records to ensure you can provide recent documents supporting your income (like W-2s and paystubs), savings (like bank, investment and retirement statements), credit score (see our application) and rental payment history.
  2. Ensure you know when your current lease expires or how long you may need before you will be ready to move.
  3. Download Trio’s mobile application to upload documents for your application and look up estimated payments for homes you like.
  4. Review our Resources, then email or call Team Trio with any outstanding questions.
  5. Complete our online application and get started.
